Cairo has said Doha can accelerate the pace of liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports by using the Suez Canal.
Egypt’s visiting Prime Minister, Dr. Atif Obeid, while hailing Qatar’s gas development strategy, said Monday the country’s increasing LNG exports would get a further boost if the Suez Canal route was used to reach markets in the West.
Obeid is in Qatar leading a 70-member delegation of Egyptian businessmen. (menareport.com)
