The five-day Egyptian show on real estate finance, which ended Monday, was a big success attracting large crowds of UAE nationals, Egyptians and other expats looking for real estate investment, Khaleej Times reported.
A total of 26 companies were part of the show. UAE nationals looked for quality apartments meeting their expectations, mainly in Nasr City.
One exhibitor said that some 10 per cent of the sales were accounted for by UAE nationals since they were meeting their high expectations. An apartment of 300 to 350 square metres would cost about 1.2 million Egyptian pounds, the newspaper added.
