Coral International Hotels opened the doors on Sunday to its Coral Boutique Villas hotel complex featuring 30 luxury 5-star villas targeting upscale clientele.
Located in Al Barsha, the heart of New Dubai with a neighborhood of Mall of the Emirates and Ski Dubai nearby, the new hotel is expected to be a huge attraction for both business travelers and tourists, according to Khaleej Times.
Coral Boutique Villas is expected to have an 80 per cent occupancy rate during the first quarter of its operation.
Owned by Colonel Ali Bu Jassiam, Coral Boutique Villas, is a hotel complex featuring 30 luxury 5-star villas targeted at higher-end clientele.
