ALBAWABA - After Meta, the company that owns Facebook and Instagram, announced a server outage on its popular platforms, American billionaire Elon Musk made a humorous jab at the technical glitch. The CEO of SpaceX shared a funny image on his platform "X" depicting a tweet from Meta's Head of Communications, with penguins (representing Facebook, Instagram, and Threads) in the background waving to their leader, the penguin "X."

Elon Musk also taunted the temporary Facebook outage, which later resumed, by posting on his X account, "If you're reading this post, it means our servers are working."
This came after hundreds of users worldwide reported issues while using Facebook and Instagram to the website "DownDetector." Many accounts experienced logouts, and users were unable to regain access despite entering their passwords.
Later, Meta's Director of Communications announced the return of the popular applications, stating on the X platform, "A technical problem caused difficulties in accessing some of our services... We have resolved the issue as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience." The war of words between the billionaires escalated with the launch of Mark Zuckerberg's "Threads" platform in July, which attracted over 100 million subscribers within a week of its launch, posing as a competitor to Musk's X platform.
