Emaar Properties has announced that sales for Travo, a mid-rise residential Views community at the Emirates Golf Club, will be open only to those registered on-line on www.viewstravo.com.
The success of e-registration follows the company’s launch of Una last year which was widely acknowledged as a fair process, and which afforded equal opportunities to any potential homeowner or investor. Prospective homebuyers—the modern, mobile professional—have already begun registering at the website. Radio stations in English and Arabic have also commenced airing competitions, which will see a total of 20 opportunities to receive preference when buying units in Travo.

development located adjacent to the world-class championship golf course. The apartments will be available in a choice of studios, one, two and three bedroom types offering views of the waterway and the surrounding greens.
Applicants will randomly be selected from the online registration list. These applicants will receive invitations by email to be present at the Dubai Marina Sales Centre on Thursday March 24. The e-invitation is valid for one day only (March 24). Any purchase of a Travo apartment will be validated in the name of the original applicant.
