Emaar has awarded the Dh2.7 billion deal including 12 million square feet of retail space in the Dubai Mall to a joint venture formed between DUTCO Balfour Beatty (DBB) & Al Ghandi and Consolidated Contractors International Company (CCIC).
According to Khaleej Times, DBB and Al Ghandi and CCIC have selected Emirates Bank for the Dubai Mall project as the bank has expertise in contract financing.
