Emaar Properties has joined forces with local retailers to open a town center at its Greens Community. Covering an area of 20,000 square feet, the shopping complex features a Choithram Supermarket in addition to a number of shops that will cater to daily requirements.
Other retailers include Fourways Technologies internet cafe, Fourways Video Library, Butler's Laundry, DigiPhoto and Gulf Optics. A second phase is being planned, which will include additional shops and restaurant facilities set in a landscaped area.
The Greens at Emirates Golf Club is a residential apartment development adjacent to Emirates Hills and is in close proximity to Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Dubai Marina and a range of luxury hotels. — (menareport.com)
