Representatives of real estate giant Emaar Properties announced that it would shortly launch the sixth and final tower, ‘The Delphine,” at its Dubai Marina Promenade tower complex.
The high-end condominium ‘The Delphine,’ located on the widest bay at Dubai Marina and one of the most desirable residential locations in the emirate, will offer 68 additional residential home units, including two and three bedroom apartments.
“The launch of Delphine on September 7 follows the successful roll-out of The Aurora less than a month ago,” said Assistant Director of Sales, Emaar Properties, Bahiya Kayed according to Trade Arabia.
“With Dubai Marina recently being voted as the most desired residential location in Dubai, the already overwhelming demand for homes here has further increased. The Delphine, therefore, comes at the right time to meet a consistent demand from families who will find the two- and three-bedroom apartments perfectly suiting their space requirements,” Kayed added.
‘The Delphine’ residents and visitors can enjoy a host of amenities offered at the three-storey podium that cushions the development, including swimming pools, game rooms, squash courts, a library, business lounge, multipurpose room, leisure deck, day care centre and barbecue area. Additionally, ‘The Delphine’ also boasts unparalleled views of the Dubai Marina Yacht Club.
Residents will reportedly be able to move in to the building by January 2008 according to industry sources.
