Emaar Properties has launched a new themed villa community development. Located on the eastern edge of Arabian Ranches this desert resort is a 208 acre development with three themed gated communities.
The construction of Gazelle at the Arabian Ranches will begin with the first phase, named Al-Reem, which is expected to be ready for possession by March 2005. The sale of individual homes will open on April 13, 2003.
Gazelle comprises eight luxurious villa types, laid out around parks, gardens and a community center with walking and cycling paths on the water edge. The Gazelle homes are two-storey attached villas, varying from three to four bedrooms which range in total areas from 1,691 to 3,060 square feet.
Emaar Properties is a Public Joint Stock Company listed on the Dubai Financial Market.
