Emaar Properties on Wednesday opened its first full-scale hotel in the Southern Indian city of Hyderabad. Novotel Hyderabad, the new hotel, is hosting delegates of a the 39th annual general meeting of the board of governors of the Asian Development Bank that got underway Wednesday at the adjacent Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), India's largest convention facility also built by Emaar, news agency Indo-Asian News Service reported.
