Emaar Properties PJSC has announced that it had signed an agreement to appoint Cluttons, the international property agency, as the leasing agent for its Burj Dubai Business Hub.
The six-building Hub is part of Emaar’s Downtown Dubai Development and will be located at the heart of the Burj Dubai project.
The announcement confirmed that Emaar had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to signal its intention to contract the London-based property firm to manage the leasing of the Business Hub’s space to corporate customers. A firm agreement is expected to follow in due course.
