Emaar Properties's extraordinary general meeting Sapaturday fell short of the required quorum and has been postponed to next week. Mohammad Ali Al Abbar, chairman of the Dubai-based property major, addressing the meeting, said the EGM would be held on July 16 since Saturday's attendance was only 63 per cent while 75 per cent was required for a quorum.
