As part of a corporate strategy to expand the export market for its range of lubricants and to intensify business opportunities beyond the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, Emarat recently took part in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) trade fair in India, organized by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI).
Emarat showcased its products and services with an emphasis on the range of lubricants, which have experienced an increase in exports in the region of 40 percent per annum. To date current major markets are in Lebanon, Bahrain, China, Yemen, Oman, Afghanistan, Jordan and Pakistan, with future prospects being explored in India, the Far East and African markets.
The Corporation’s presence at the exhibition follows a series of regional and international trade events that Emarat has been attending over the past few years. Already established as a leader in the UAE retail lubricants sector dominating 18 percent of the total market, Emarat has explored business potential through trade events in Tunisia, Jordan, Thailand, and Kazakhstan. — (menareport.com)
