The Emirates Internet and Multimedia Company recently announced it will lower its Internet service subscription fees by 50 percent, reported Al-Bayan . The company’s fees declined from 200 Emirati dirhams to Dh 100. The company stated that this unprecedented initiative aims to increase Internet use in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
