The Emirates Real Estate Corporation (EREC) recently purchased a property in the French capital Paris to be used by the diplomats working at the United Arab Emirates (UAE) embassy in France.
The purchase of the property came in line with EREC's policy to provide the highest standard of buildings for governments, which in turn helps enables government institutions to operate more efficiently, stated a press release.
The building has an approximate area of 3,900 square meters and is divided into four storeys and is located near the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other governmental builiding in the 7th area in Paris.
Emirates Real Estate Corporation designs and executes government buildings to be rented to ministries, institutions, and federal entities inside and outside the country. It also provides maintenance and property management services for the buildings. — (menareport.com)
