Estarta Solutions announced its participation in Microsoft’s Government Leadership Forum in Dubai, one of a series of forums Microsoft is holding around the world. The forum aims at reinforcing the role of IT in transforming governments to become digitally-enabled. This forum was attended by government officials and IT strategists from various Arab countries.
