ETA Star Properties, one of the leading property developers in the UAE, has announced its debut at MIPIM, the 17th World's Property Market Exposition to be held at Palais Des Festivals, Cannes, France, from March 14-17, 2006, in order to consolidate its growing presence in European Union. During the exhibition, ETA Star will demonstrate major projects such as its 23 Marina and the Liberty House. In addition, the company will highlight an undisclosed high profile luxury residential project located at the Palm Jumeirah, which is worth over a billion AED.

MIPIM, the World's Property Market, is the primary market for members of the international property trade. Designed for senior-level decision makers within the real estate market who want to develop their business within domestic markets as well as internationally, MIPIM is the ideal forum in which to forge new business contacts. MIPIM 2005 attracted 17,641 participants, 4,660 end-users and investors and 2,051 exhibiting companies from 74 countries, proving that it is the world’s foremost property event.

Abid A. Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Star, said, “We are pleased to debut at MIPIM, which is undoubtedly one of the most reputed property shows in the world. Showcasing our major projects at a leading show like this will certainly give added mileage to our projects on an international level. Moreover, our participation at MIPIM will serve to further boost the UAE’s position as one of the fastest-growing property markets in the world.”

“Europeans account for a fair percentage of our global investors and homeowners, who look for master-planned communities and a safe, healthy environment. We view MIPIM as the ideal platform to present our property portfolio to European investors and initiate new business relations,” Junaid added.

ETA Star’s Liberty House, which is being showcased at MIPIM, is designed to be a distinctive and prominent architectural landmark in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The soaring 166 meter, forty-one storey high structure, consists of ten floors of offices above which are twenty floors of luxurious residential accommodation, as well as providing six levels of car parking.

The majority of the office space in Liberty House is located around a central atrium space providing a bright and lively atmosphere, and the apartments are designed with modern living in mind, with balconies and terraces providing an extra level of sophistication while accentuating the architectural design of the building.

Another highlight at MIPIM will be the 90-storied ‘23 Marina’, which is not only one of the most luxurious and elegant structures, but also the sturdiest. Structural engineers are confident that the building will be extremely stable even in the case of tremors up to 6.00 on the Richter scale. High speed internet access, 24-hour concierge, 8-level car park, round-the-clock security, 24-hour convenience stores, high speed elevators, business center, swimming pool and health club are some of the attractions of the ‘23 Marina’, which offers spacious 2 and 3 bedroom and duplex apartments.

The 2006 edition of MIPIM is expected to attract more than 5,000 investors and end-users. ETA Star stand (# 21.01) will be located on Level 1 of the exhibition venue.
