Company representatives stressed the importance of the certification, saying that ETA Star hopes to be able to launch projects across the emirate's real estate spectrum rather then limiting itself to a certain aspect of it, according to Gulf News.
With holdings in Business Bay and Dubai Waterfront set to be launched at the end of the year and the start of 2007, the firm hopes to capitalize on the many opportunities that the market presents it.
A company spokesman also hinted at the potential for ETA Star to in vest in uo and coming real estate industries in India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, the Far East and Eastern Europe.
In the GCC area, the firm hopes to establish a presence in Abu Dhabi and Qatar, though Dubai will remain the focal point of its development.
Additionally, the company sees itself focusing on building in areas which are not too densely populated, that have no more than 10 stories, and are spaced apart. A company spokesman commented that presently, many building developments in the area are too close to one another.
