Quartermile, the Dubai-based exclusive Middle East distributor of prestigious motor brands like Hamann Motorsport, Kahn Performance Products and Accessories, and Formula 1 Racewear, unveiled its concept showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road. Touted as Dubai’s first car spa, Quartermile offers car enthusiasts professional and high-quality customisation and performance enhancement services in the UAE and eventually in the Middle East.
Quartermile is targeting a growing niche of car owners who are modifying their cars to enhance not only the performance but also the looks of their vehicles. “Buying a car is a big investment. And a growing number of people are taking the extra effort to make sure their investment is made even more worthwhile. Hence, the concept for the new showroom was born. We felt there was a unique need in the market for a car spa. If people invest huge sums on pampering themselves or even their pets, we are sure they would do the same for their cars,” said Ambika Chadha, Director, Quartermile.
Business is booming for Quartermile. Since its inception three years ago, it has increased capacity for its service centres to accommodate the growing number of car owners coming to their showroom for customisation and performance enhancement. It is presently capable of servicing a minimum of 300 cars a month through a team of highly qualified and experienced designers, engineers and technicians.
The car spa is expected to showcase Quartermile’s enhanced Lamborghini Gallardo. Exotic car owners will also be delighted to see a modified version of the Range Rover Sport, two more Gallardos, a Porsche 911 and a BMW 645ci.
“Our newest showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road was designed to be a haven for motoring enthusiasts looking for a company that can modify, enhance and pamper their cars in a professional manner,” added Chadha. “We have exclusive distribution rights for a number of high profile motor sport brands. We can therefore assure customers of the high quality of parts and service that will be used in modifying their cars.”
In addition, Quartermile is expected to announce plans to expand to other countries in the Middle East. As exclusive distributors for brands such as Hamann Motorsport and Kahn Performance Products, among others, Quartermile intends to leverage this position to take advantage of a largely untapped regional market.
Quartermile’s Car Spa showroom is located on Sheikh Zayed Road between Mazaya Centre and the Emarat Head Office.
