Gaps in Dubai's new property law should be filled within the next few weeks, according to a Dubai-based legal expert. "There is a lot more to come out," said the head of the property division at Al-Tamimi & Company, Lisa Dale.
According to Khaleej Times, she said they are still waiting for a strata law as well as for the list of the designated areas of Dubai where foreign ownership will be allowed.
