Exports of Jordan's Al Hassan Industrial Estate rose by 73% during August, 2004 compared to the same period of
2003. According to Petra news agency, exports last month estimated at JD53 million. Exports of garments and
textile industries rose by 75% and the engineering industries went up by 23%.
Garments exports came first with a total amount of $51 million followed by the engineering industries with $1.250.000. (menareport.com)
