Falcon City of Wonders, an AED 5.5 billion mega project being built within Dubailand, opened its new sales office at the heart of Dubai to simplify the buying procedure for potential investors by ensuring better access, and to enhance the visibility of the project.

Located at Umm Hurair Road in Bur Dubai, the appealingly outfitted sales office features a spectacular show model of Falcon City of Wonders and is staffed with specialized personnel trained to provide visitors with any information they need concerning the project.

Falcon City of Wonders is a unique, purpose-built community project featuring structures based on the wonders of the world, such as the Pyramids, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal, the Great Wall of China, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and the Light House of Alexandria. The project, which combines various commercial, residential, educational and leisure facilities, is shaped after the falcon, which is symbolic of the UAE’s heritage.

“Ever since its launch this September, Falcon City has been generating tremendous investor response in the UAE and elsewhere in the region,” said Salem Al Moosa, Chairman and CEO of Falcon City of Wonders. “This made it imperative for us to locate our sales office at a prime spot in the city, so that investors can conveniently approach us for enquiries or sales agreements. Moreover, the giant imprint of the wonders of the world on the office’s front exterior ensures instant recognition, and helps generate greater public awareness about the project.”

“The Falcon City of Wonders show model on display at the sales office will enable visitors to develop a detailed impression of the project and its various constituents. Our team of specialized staff will be on hand to help customers with any enquiries they may have, providing project-related as well as sales-related information and guidance,” Al Moosa added.

The opening of the sales office comes close on the heels of Falcon City’s strong participation at the Worldwide Property Show, the international property exhibition, which concluded recently at the Grand Hyatt, Dubai. Falcon City had occupied one of the two largest spaces at the exhibition, where it put on display a 25-square-meter show model of the project.
