Lawyers may go to the highest court in the land, following a new ruling Tuesday that the condemned Kuwaiti Building in Manama should be destroyed. According to the GDN, the High Civil Appeal Court rejected a plea by the owners to overturn a ruling by the Urgent Matters Court in August that the complex was too dangerous to be left standing.
Manama Municipality will submit the verdict to the Execution Court Wednesday, seeking an order to go ahead with the demolition.
