International rating agency Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the BBB- rating assigned to the Series 1998-A $115 million floating-rate notes and the Series 1998-A five million dollar fixed-rate notes issued by Turkey’s Yapi Kredi Securitization Company.
The rating withdrawal follows the final repayment of the principal and interest outstanding on the notes as scheduled. Notification has been received from the trustee and payment agent, Bank of New York that the complete and final payments were made to note-holders on April 15, 2003. — (menareport.com)
