The fourth Home Owner Dubai exhibition will be held from Thursday 26 January to Saturday 28 January 2006 at the Madinat Arena, Jumeirah, Dubai.
Home Owner Dubai is organised by Motivate Events. Set to be one of the biggest residential property events in 2006, the exhibition will be a one-stop-shop of information for the investor. Due to its success in the previous three exhibitions, Home Owner Dubai will double in size in 2006. 80% of the exhibition space has already been confirmed.
More than 4,000 visitors attended Home Owner Dubai 2005, with 86% actively looking to purchase or invest in a property. One exhibitor last year sold out the 160 properties he brought to the show over the three days of the exhibition.
