The Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) Gulf office in Dubai has strengthened its team and presence in the region with the arrival of Armin Rappl as the new marketing manager from the company headquarters in Munich.

“We have some superb marketing initiatives and one of my key priorities will be to localize these campaigns for the Middle East market,” says Rappl. “Each country has a different approach and it is very important to have local campaigns that reach out to local communities.”

“This is the strategy that FSC Gulf will be rolling out across the Middle East and North Africa, and will help FSC Gulf implement key strategies and campaigns deployed from head office, and highlights the company's drive to develop and grow in the region,” he added.

Armin plans to work with the local media to increase brand and product awareness as well as developing marketing initiatives in co-operation with FSC's corporate, distribution and consumer partners.

“During the next few months I will be conducting seminars and briefings to share our knowledge, strategy and educate our customers,” adds Armin. “I look forward to listening to their ideas on how to maximize our marketing coverage with them in their countries.”

FSC is a European computer company. Its Information Technology (IT) products span the range of personal computing and enterprise computing needs.
