Future Technology, master distributor of Avaya solutions and services to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and member of the Al-Yousuf Group has entered into a joint venture with Adel Al-Mannai to expand its business to Qatar.
Representing Avaya as Gold Partner and Master Distributor to Qatari businesses and consumers, Future Technology Qatar will offer a host of solutions including IP telephony, unified messaging and customer contact centers.
Future Technology Qatar has already completed a customer contact center for Qatar Telecom. The establishment of a full time office and customer support base in Qatar has strengthened Future Technology's offer to Qatar Telecom, with a very positive ongoing relationship anticipated, both as a direct and joint service provider.
Future Technology offers a range of communications solutions from small key telephone systems to enterprise class IP solutions, computer telephony integration and interactive voice response to customer relationship management, intelligent LAN and backbone switches to wireless business communication systems.
Founded in 1997 for the purpose of distributing and supporting the Avaya range of products, services and solutions in the region, Future Technology currently employs approximately 65 people across the region and recorded an annual turn over in excess of $10 million in 2002.
