The increasing infrastructure development of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will see the region’s $80 million cleaning equipment industry grow by 25 percent in the next 12 months, said German cleaning equipment company, Karcher.
The company, which is exhibiting at the Big 5 construction trade show, which runs at the Dubai International Exhibition Center (DIEC) until Wednesday evening, said growth would continue as organizations and individuals take steps to protect their investments. Karcher is experiencing a 25-35 percent growth annually in the region, which the company says is set to continue.
Big 5 2002 is the biggest in the long-running series with 1,048 exhibitors representing 1,610 companies from 52 countries, including 22 national pavilions. For the first time, the show features a Portuguese pavilion and exhibitors from Japan, Latvia and the Ukraine. — (menareport.com)
