German company plans to invest 1.9 billion euro in Iran's Kish island

A German company plans to invest in a 1.9 billion euro project in the Persian Gulf island of Kish, the Iranian Housing and Urban Development Ministry`s Public Relations Department said Wednesday.  

 

According to IRNA, the project is a multi-faceted housing, tourism, commercial, and recreational complex. The project includes both seven and five star hotels and other small-seized hotels with a total capacity of 890 rooms, the  

announcement added.  

 

Also, a golf court, commercial and residential apartment  

complexes, restaurants, and small villages based on international standards will be built in a 20-hectares plot of land with total building area of 1,050 million square meters. (menareport.com)
