Star-GIGA establishment, a joint venture between, ETA Star Properties and GIGA Group has declared a new real estate project, 'Gold Crest Executive', a 39-storey office cum residential tower at Jumeirah Lakes.
A self-contained water front development, the Gold Crest Executive follows earlier launches by ETA Star, Khaleej Times reported.
The new building with half a million square feet of built-up space will have three basement levels, ground floor and basement retail areas, a plaza, business centre and a first-floor suite at meeting rooms.
The building will include furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments and will feature common facilities such as swimming pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi.
