Government to construct 4500 Cairo housing units

A new government project, for the construction of 4,500 housing units in Cairo, is soon expected to commence. According to Al-Ahram, the project’s investment costs are estimated at approximately 500 million Egyptian pounds ($127 million). 

 

Egyptian officials maintained that the housing complex will include 1,150 housing units directed for young couples, 1,500 specialized housing units, a hotel and a shopping center. The project aims to create some 1,500 jobs, in support of the Egyptian economy. ― (MENA Report
