The holiday season is set to heat up when Gulf Air’s biggest ever network-wide summer promotion is launched on June 8, 2003, according to a airline press release. The promotional packages, which will be on sale until August 31, offer passengers traveling in any of the three classes, competitive prices and thousands of free nights in hotels on the Gulf Air network.
Gulf Air was founded in 1950. Today, it is owned by the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Sultanate of Oman and the United Arab Emirates. The airline’s network extends from Europe to Asia and covers 43 cities in 32 countries. The fleet is one of the most modern in the Middle East and comprises 30 aircraft. The airline is in its first year of a three-year strategic recovery program. — (menareport.com)
