The Board of Executive Directors of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) has allocated an amount of $201 million in earthquake emergency assistance to Iran.
The board approved more than $803 million in favor of a number of member countries and Muslim communities in non-member countries towards project financing, and trade operations and special assistance.
The Board also took note of the approvals made by IDB President Mohamed Ali for around US$ 386 million for various trade financing operations between the previous and present sessions of the Board. — (menareport.com)
