The inaugural general meeting of Aldar Properties PJSC did not take place Sunday due to the lack of a quorum.
According to the Gulf News, the meeting will now take place on January 29, Chairman Ahmad Ali Al Sayegh told shareholders who were present at the meeting.
Aldar Properties had invited its shareholders to the first meeting to take important decisions regarding the establishment of the real estate development company whose IPO broke all previous records of over-subscriptions.
