International Property Show 2007, the biggest transactional property exhibition in the region, will feature the AED 300 billion project portfolio of platinum sponsor Tameer Holding, one of UAE’s leading and most innovative property developers, as announced by Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, organizers of the exhibition. The third edition of the show will run from April 3-5 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre and has grown by 35 per cent compared to last year thus occupying four exhibition halls (5, 6, 7, 8). Further, the organizers are expecting 20,000 visitors from over 70 countries, reflecting the international appeal of the show.
Tameer’s project portfolio comprises The Imperial Residence, The Elite Tower, The Regal Towers and The Palace Tower that are located in Dubai’s most exclusive locations and carry Tameer’s signature art-deco design that is in high demand in the UAE market. Tameer will also feature the epic USD 8.3 billion Al Salam City project in Umm Al Quwain, one of the largest projects in the eastern emirate, which is designed to accommodate half a million residents.

The International Property Show is the region’s comprehensive public and trade exhibition for the international and regional property market. The 2007 edition is supported by Dubai Land Department, and is sponsored by Dubai Properties, Amlak Finance, and Tameer Holding. The exhibition will bring together international and regional exhibitors, property developers, financiers, real estate agents and consultants, designers and others involved in the real estate industry in the UAE and the Middle East and prime real estate markets in the world. Last year’s edition tallied more than 16,000 visitors from 66 countries, with a majority of 40 per cent from the corporate sector.
