Iran Ministry of Agricultural Jihad Kamal Zabihi said that under the 10-year plan to increase corn production and thanks to the new programs launched by Ministry of Agriculture, Iran will achieve self-sufficiency in corn production within a short period of time.
He also noted that the average corn harvest in Iran is about seven tons, which is higher than the global standard of 4.9 tons.
