Iraq: 93 new primary health care facilities being built

Construction is underway on 93 new primary health care (PHC) facilities across
Iraq. There were nine new starts since the outset of March, and 18 have passed the 25 percent completion mark. Under the Accelerated Iraq Reconstruction Program (AIRP), an additional six PHCs are under construction and three are completed. There are currently 19 hospitals under renovation, with one completed.
