After months of a construction freeze over the green line, the Ministry of Construction and Housing has published tenders for 1,500 new homes in Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem. The announcement of renewed construction in a several West Bank settlements comes after the official statement by US Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs John Kerry that the US will hold official contacts with the Palestinian unity Fatah-Hamas government.
