Middle East retailer Jacky’s Electronics announced a new strategic marketing alliance with Sun Microsystems Middle East and North Africa, that will see Sun’s wide range of infrastructure, office productivity and security solutions promoted through Jacky’s e-commerce portal.
Promotional services offered through this alliance include advertising on the Jacky’s website, links to Sun product pages, including Sun Security Solutions, and promotion through Jacky's online newsletter.
The alliance is being assisted by Tech Access, Sun’s Channel Development Partner for the region, which provides Sun’s distribution and logistic network across the region as well as incorporating value added functions such as administration, sales and post sales support, marketing and first-line technical help desk support to all accredited Sun Resellers and Partners.
Jacky’s Electronics, an integral part of Jacky's Group of Companies, is a retailer and wholesaler of electronics in Dubai and other parts of the world. The company has locations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
Established in 1970 in Hong Kong as a mail order business targeted towards the tax and duty-free community, Jacky's today continues to serve this customer base from their mail order distribution bases in Hong Kong and Dubai.
