The Government of Dubai is set to publish a decree forming an independent authority for the Dh30 billion Jebel Ali Airport City - the world's single largest airport development within days.
According to Gulf News, it will be led by Shaikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation.
A number of residential plots for low-cost housing will go on sale in the City's first phase development that includes Dubai Logistics City (DLC).
