Eewa Al-Derah for real estate development is currently studying a plan to invest some SR700 million in establishing number of residential units, Eqtisadiah reported. The project will be along Jeddah corniche and it is called Umm Al-Kheer Residential Project 2. Executive manager of the real estate development company stated that the project would be the biggest residential project in the corniche with total cost of SR400 million.
