During the Al-Feter and Al-Adha Muslim feasts, Jeddah resorts are charging an extra 20-30 percent on accommodation fees per night, reported Al-Hayat. The resorts reported an 80 percent occupancy rate during this year’s Al-Feter feast. In some cases, resorts are charging fees as high as 12,000-20,000 Saudi riyals ($3,200-$5,330) for stay during the holiday’s feast. — (menareport.com)
