A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between global chip giant Intel and Amman-based information technology (IT) business solution provider Re-Solutions. The deal will expand the company’s support to regional software developers and independent software vendors (ISVs).
Under the MoU, Re-Solutions, part of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)’s Al-Bawardi Enterprises (AE) technology group of companies, will provide local technical support for software and solutions developers in the Middle East and North Africa regions. This will enable ISV and solutions integrators to write software optimized for Intel architecture and to use Intel’s software development tools.
In addition, Re-Solutions is co-operating with Intel to become a reseller and provider of Intel Software Development products in both regions. Under the MoU, Re-Solutions will support software developers, either on site or at their Amman office, in creating software applications for Intel architecture using Intel’s XEON or Itanium and Itanium 2 processors.
Re-Solutions provides software development and human assets outsourcing to companies in the Middle East. The company’s headquarters includes five development areas, equipped and fully networked for up to 120 IT professionals, a training room, library and reading room. — (menareport.com)
