The concept of this customer care center is to enhance the response to the growing market demand. It offers customized cleaning solutions and application knowledge in all cleaning tasks.
The facility focuses on sales, product training, service training, application training and customer support. A logistics service assures a fast delivery of Kärcher products to customers throughout the region. Mr. Richard Nouira, Managing Director of Kärcher FZE, aims “mechanized cleaning solutions will replace manual cleaning practices in the near future. This Center will offer Kärcher cleaning expertise to our customers and make it a learning profession.”
Kärcher Jebel Ali has been witnessing a 56% growth in sales over the past two years and sees a market potential of more than 85 Mill. € of cleaning equipment in the Middle East.
With the Middle East Center Kärcher reaffirms its commitment and dedication to its customers in the region and provides a solid platform to serve the Middle East countries. Richard Nouira concludes “our aim is to develop these markets to a sales volume of more than 150,000 cleaning appliances which will open a perspective for local manufacturing.
