Kuwait-based Public Warehousing Company (PWC) has entered an agreement with Dubai-based Maritime and Mercantile International (MMI), to acquire certain assets of MMI Logistics. This also signals the start of a strategic relationship for the two companies, whereby PWC will provide logistics services to the MMI group.
The Public Warehousing Company (PWC) Group was established in 1979 and provides, through its wholly owned division, PWC Logistics, chain and logistics to private and public sector entities worldwide.
