The manager of local real estate properties management in Kuwait Finance House (Baytak), Salah al-Khamis, said that Baytak's participation in Kuwait's Ninth Real Estate Exhibition will be diverse, and will include presentation of all its real estate products, new offers for private dwelling and finance of international real estate, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Watan on September 25.
The company will offer also several projects of Al-Nakheel United Real Estate Company, which will participate in the exhibiton this year for the first time within Baytak section, and Durrat al-Bahrain, which is a large tourist project in Bahrain.
Baytak will also launch a campaign called "Yours Property - Yours Investment" in the field of financing services of real estate.
Financing of real estate purchasing abroad is one of the main fields in which Baytak operates, as it offers its services in this field in seven states: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, UAE, Egypt, Lebanon and Britain. The company intends to add more states to this list in the near future.
Al-Nakheel Real Estate was established in 2001 as a subsidiary of Baytak. Among the projects that al-Nakheel manages at present are Al-Watiya Complex and Baytak Tower in the center of Kuwait City, a commercial complex in Al-Farawniya, a dwelling complex in al-Ruqee, and a feasibility study regarding industrial land plots in Al-Shuwaikh area.
As for Durrat Al-Bahrain, Al-Khamis said that Baytak will have a detailed offer of the project's advantages in the exhibition. It is a complete tourist site with $1 billion costs, which includes beaches, promenades, commercial complexes and sports and entertainment facilities.
