Kuwait's Aerated Concrete Industries Company (ACICO ) delivered on July 26 the first stage of Al-Waha housing project in al-Mahbula region. This project includes 10 villas constructed by Ghassan Ahmad Al-Khalid Company as the main contractor of the project, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Watan on July 27, 2005. The project was accomplished within a period of six month and ended before the scheduled time.
As for the second stage of the project, the company announced it would be ready within 8 months and will include 5 towers with 100 housing units; the price of each of them will range between 40,000 and 100,000 Kuwaiti Dinars. Some 45% of the project was sold in advance, and it is offered for national and non-national residents of Kuwait.
