Kuwait: Problems of Sawaber Complex discussed

No solution can be found for the problems of ‘Sawaber Complex’ until its residents establish a union to replace the Public Authority for Housing Care (PAHC), which is temporarily managing the complex, said participants of a seminar on “Future of the Sawaber Complex.” In his inaugural speech, Kuwait's Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Housing Affairs Bader Nasser Al-Humaidhi said “PAHC, which is responsible for only 134 out of the 560 flats in the complex, is doing partial maintenance as a favour to temporarily end the suffering of citizens.” According to Arab Times, the cost of rectifying all the defects of the complex will be around KD2 million, Al-Humaidhi said
