Real Estate firms have been investing 90 percent of their liquid assets on the stock market instead of buying and selling properties, several Kuwaiti experts have suggested.
According to a report, published in the Kuwaiti daily Al-Qabas, there are 28 real estate firms listed in the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE). However, 25 out of the 28 companies focus most of their activities on the share market, while the reminder focus only half of their activities on this market, the report added.
