Kuwait and Venezuela signed Tuesday an agreement to avert dual taxation - marking the first Arab country to sign such an accord with Venezuela.
Ambassador to Venezuela Youssef Al-Qabandi represented Kuwait at the signing ceremony while Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jesus Arnoldo Perez represented his country, according to Kuwait News Agency.
The signing ceremony was held in the headquarters of the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry and was attended by senior officials, members of the Kuwait Embassy and media figures.(menareport.com)
